Bio: Josh is a highly relational sales leader and entrepreneur who started in the Wireless business selling voice and data for Comcast Metrophone in 1996. Remember bag phones?! Josh started his first business in 1997 supplying those same services directly to Business and Government clients, some of whom are still with him at Eagle today. Since 1999 Josh been focused on the sales and support of industry leading Fleet Management solutions: Vehicle & Asset Tracking (Telematics), Dash Cameras, and Routing & Route Optimization to name a few. In addition to business Josh has been active in Pastoral Ministry (bi-vocational) since 1998. In his free time he’s learning to speak Italian and enjoys fantasy fiction, cars, watches, and travel…Italia!
Nation Sales Manager
Role: Sales, Onboarding, Training and Making sure our customers’ get the data they need.
Year Started at Eagle: 2018
Bio: Jen is a motivated sales manager who started in the telematics space fresh in 2018 and has committed to becoming an expert in the field for her customers. She started off as a sales rep and will now be leading our sales team as we continue to grow. The most satisfying part of her job is meeting people when they have frustrations or problems and having the opportunity to solve them in a streamlined fashion with integrated solutions. In addition to being on the Eagle Team – Jen is a Pastor and Mom of 5. If there is ever free time it is spent going to new places or restaurants with her husband, going to the beach or planning something epic for her kids.
Marketing Manager
Role: Create, communicate and deliver an image that represents Eagle Wireless in a positive light to our prospects, customers and community.

Bio: Dynamic, results driven Senior Sales and Marketing Manager with record achievements and demonstrated success driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth while providing visionary sales leadership in the automotive and telematics industry. Tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty, and achieving company goals. In addition to business Tom volunteers for Bayada Hospice, CurePSP, and Multiple System Atrophy Coalition, providing support for caregivers. In his free time, it is all about celebrating life with his wife, family, friends, dogs, dancing, travel, fast cars and a good laugh!
Customer Service Manager
Role: Guaranteeing that our customer’s specific needs and concerns are met through the customization of the products we offer.

Bio: Linda joined the company in 2012 with the first task of reaching out to the customer base to learn the nature and needs of the businesses we support. Linda previously worked in medical claims billing and teaching Spanish to young children. She also opened a school aboard for the teaching of English to children and adults. At Eagle, Linda enjoys finding solutions for our customer base by creating customized reports and helping navigate the complexity of Driver Elogs. In her spare time, Linda enjoys cooking and gardening.

Bio: Alex Learns all things technology with ease enjoys solving problems and making the customers experience smooth. It’s always a pleasure to start on the phone with a frustrated customer and end the conversation knowing that their frustrations have been taken care of. In addition Alex is a lacrosse coach from middle school through college at Stockton University; Is a youth leader at a church And loved to adventure from jet skiing to all things sports (Go BIRDS!)

Bio: Sharal is a detail oriented administrator who until 2020 spent her time taking care of her children, teaching preschool, teaching children abroad English, and spent many years as a Children’s Pastor. Since joining the workforce full time in 2021, she has utilized her talents in organization and planning to propel the Eagle Team into a high capacity small business with quick turnaround to get every business, large or small, on the road safely and efficiently. Making certain all the details are taken care of brings joy and satisfaction to her work day. When she isn’t creating orders or updating spreadsheets, she enjoys spending time with her four children and husband. She enjoys party planning, crocheting, exploring nature and playing board games.

Bio: Courtney started in the telecommunications industry as large account support in 2001 when Nextel was the big deal! Since then she moved to fleet management systems and has been with Eagle since it was founded in 2006. In her free time she is learning ASL and enjoys reading fantasy fiction and watching cooking shows even though she doesn’t like to cook!

Bio: Daniel joins the Eagle team with over 25 years of sales experience working for a few different companies in multiple industries over those years. His value throughout has been to customers find solutions that meet their needs and improving their operations. As a result, Daniel loves interacting with his customers and building long standing relationships. In his off time he enjoys working out and being involved in fitness with friends. Daniel is the father of two children and loves having them around when they are able to get away from college and full time work themselves. He is involved in his local church, serving and helping in whatever capacity the leadership needs. Daniel is also an avid motorsports enthusiast who enjoys riding his motorcycle and working on his car. His favorite travel destination is a perfect beach spot in Grand Cayman!

Bio: Brandon is a people-focused salesperson, driven to help improve other’s quality of life by finding solutions that work for them. He enjoys building relationships as he continues to deliver on Eagle’s promise of first-class service and support. Prior to working in telematics, Brandon worked in health and fitness for 5+ years, something that he is still passionate about today. Outside of work Brandon has two cats that he and his fiancé have a slight obsession with. He loves travel to all parts of the world, the Philadelphia Eagles (Go Birds!), a good hike, and adding to his ever growing library!

Yes. Vehicles equipped with our GPS tracking system can report on location and engine performance as frequently as every 15 seconds.

Yes. Our remote diagnostics system offers real-time engine Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) alerts. DTCs provide the information you need to make accurate, informed decisions regarding the maintenance and performance of your vehicles. We also provide recall notices from manufacturers, and our Lifecycle Service Management plan helps to streamline the preventive maintenance management process. DTCs are available in our fleet management system.
Yes. Our Garmin CONNECT service can dispatch jobs, a message with drivers, access navigation to jobs, and view live traffic conditions on the in-cab Garmin device.
Yes. Our engine diagnostics technology reports idle time, fuel consumption, and vehicle MPG to help optimize your fleet’s fuel use. Additionally, we provide a fuel card in partnership with WEX. This allows you to monitor all fleet fuel purchases for additional savings. Contact your sales representative today to sign up for your WEX card.
Yes. We train your employees on how to use the system during setup. Then we offer weekly training webinars and on-demand training videos. These are ongoing with no cost to our customers.
We offer two purchase options. You can pay for the hardware up front and then pay a low monthly service fee. Or you can bundle the hardware and monthly service fee into one low monthly rate.
Yes. You can get on-demand reporting for the previous 365 days. However, we archive all your data in perpetuity. To access data prior to the 365-day time frame, please contact your account representative.
You can add as many users as you want, at no extra cost. Setting up employee access to our fleet website is simple and easy.
Yes. Reports can be exported to Excel, PDF, and emailed at a time convenient for you.
Yes. Diagnostic trouble codes can be immediately sent to your mobile device in real time.
